How long is the whole process of ordering?

Ordering via our website is quick and easy once you get used to how our website works however, once we receive your order we then physically check your requested products are available and ready for processing before sending you an email with the payment instructions.

The quicker you can send the payment, the quicker we can process your order!

NOTE: We never take payment for any products we cannot process immediately to make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for and are not left waiting for anything that is out of stock.

Orders will be shipped out usually within 24-48 hours from your payment being received and full shipping details will be placed on your order status or emailed to you when your order is completed.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation after submitting my order?

After placing an order, you should get a detailed order confirmation email. Some e-mail clients may route the mail into your Junk / Spam folder. If you do not receive the e-mail after a few minutes from placing the order, please first check your email's junk / spam folder. If you still don't see our email please contact us.

When can I expect my delivery?

Delivery time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit etc. which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

From the shipping dates you receive from us;

- Delivery to USA & CAN is on average 7 business days but please allow up to 12 days.
- Delivery to the UK is usually next working day (via Royal Mail Special delivery) from payment received (UK domestic service / no customs).
- Delivery to the EU please allow up to 7 days (EU domestic service / no customs).
- Rest of world allow up to 21 days.

Are the products genuine?

Our products are 100% genuine or how could we remain in business…we rely on repeat customers and we can guarantee continued supply whilst the product appears on our list. All of our products are direct from Pharmacy suppliers in various countries that we have dealt with for well over 15 years and we also carry some well-trusted underground lab products such as Ionx Pharmaceuticals & ROHM Labs.

We are continually looking to improve on our list of products and any changes will appear as and when we have established their authenticity and a continued supply.

Do you accept payment via Western Union or MoneyGram?

Yes we accept payment via Western Union and MoneyGram. Simply follow the instructions in the how to order menu.

Do I get any discount if I make a big order?

Yes, orders over $1000 usd, (£500 or €500 Euro’s) will be entitled to FREE shipping and 10% discount.
Any applicable discounts will be given in your payment instructions.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You may change your order at any time up until you send your payment. Changes are not accepted once payment is received although we may be able to adjust things if the order has not been packed.

Once your requested items have been packed we cannot change your order so please check everything is correct before submitting it to avoid any mistakes.

If we find that you have forgotten some details we will contact you. Should you find that you have forgotten something please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order right up until you send the payment.  Once the payment has been sent the order is fixed and final.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?

For all International orders outside of the EU our minimum order amount is $250 not including P+P

For our UK & EU domestic servive our minimum order amount is £100 or €120 not including P+P

There is no maximum that you can order from us.
For large orders we automatically split up the packages and delivery times so (if you have them) multiple names and addresses will help speed up overall delivery.
Please give instructions with your order if you have more than one delivery address.

What is the cost of shipping?

We have only one method of shipping. Shipping costs 20 USD (£10 or €15 Euro’s). This is a fixed cost no matter how large or how small!!

Is it legal to purchase these products?

In some countries yes but you (the purchaser) must check all applicable laws of your country and agree to our Terms & Conditions before purchasing any products from us.

You must take care when ordering these products and select a supplier that will send your goods very discreetly. That's what we're here for!!

Where will my order be sent from?

We use various shipping points in different European countries which are less likely to be inspected than those from China for example.

Is a signature required for shipping?

Our shipping methods do not require a signature upon delivery.

Is my order sent with tracking?

Our main shipping method is via standard mail and does not have tracking available. We found this system to be far more successful than when using the tracking service.

If you want us to use the tracking service (no signature required) please let us know and we will discuss this option with you.

What if my shipment is seized?

This happens very rarely with our service but of course it can happen at any given time if customs do a random mail search.

We have approximately a 98 - 99% success rate of sending internationally and 100% to the EU & UK with our EU/UK domestic service.

For all international orders, if customs still manage to seize your products on a random mail search you will receive a seizure notice. This may take up to a few weeks to arrive and will cause you to think that you have not been sent your goods but in reality it is just held at customs. This is unfortunate and beyond our control.

Please contact us AFTER 12 days from the sending date we gave you if your package has not arrived so we can look into any postal problems.

We have a RE-SEND policy (see customs and re send policy) that will be implemented after we receive a scan of your original document and authenticate it.

What if some of my goods are broken?

To date we have not had any customers report any breakages as we package all your products with extreme care. You are paying for this service and we take considerable time over packing your items carefully regardless of the size of your order.

Do you offer any refunds?

Obviously we are not a ‘normal’ Internet type business and once payment is taken we cannot offer any refunds so once you have sent your payment the order is final.
